From old country blues to the Beatles, this man has a master’s touch on slide guitar.  Fred’s played with bands throughout Texas for over 30 years. His knowledge of music and music history is almost unparalleled, and he sometimes tests the audience with trivia questions about music and songwriters.

Challenge Fred: Make a request, even a little-known song, and you’ll likely be surprised when he hits the notes.

Fred has been with Blackbeard’s for well over a decade and enjoys a following with some of our long-time customers. If he’s playing, you know they’ll be dining.
